Noah Berkson

Noah is a serial entrepreneur who co-founded and exited four businesses before the age of 32.
Growing up in Iowa and struggling with severe ADHD, Noah quickly realized the traditional path; study hard, get good grades, go to a good college, and land a stable job wasn’t built for him. Instead, he leaned into a different set of strengths.
He developed the skills many people once dismissed as “soft skills” — building relationships, communicating with conviction, creating trust, and opening doors. Those abilities became the foundation of his success in business and life.
Today, Noah believes those deeply human skills are no longer secondary, they are becoming the most valuable advantage in an AI-driven world

Rebeca Hwang

Rebeca is an investor, social entrepreneur turned tech founder, an academic and professional public speaker who has given over 300 keynotes globally on the future of human creativity in the AI era.
Born in Korea, raised in Argentina and educated at MIT and Stanford, Rebeca quickly realized that her superpower was to connect: people with people, people with ideas, and ideas with ideas. This skillset was recognized by the MIT Tech Review's 35 Innovators Under 35 award, which made her feel deserving of what her college advisor stated should be her title: a degree on "random studies."
This insatiable curiosity for the value of social capital directdc her to persue doctoral studies in social network theory, which helped her gain insights on what makes humans irreplaceable in a time when AI agents intrmediate so much of our interactions.
